Terms & Conditions

  1. Places on the days will only be confirmed on clearance of payment.
  2. Team places on the days are allocated on first come first served basis. There is a maximum of 30 team places available at each regional qualifying event.
  3. Preferred Qualifier Days will also be reserved for teams on a first booked first served basis.
  4. The Full Swing Golf Simulator events are played on an individual basses - Stroke Play. A player may enter more than once. Only the lowest score will count for qualifying. Players who play in the Grand Final will play under the Pro-Am rules as below.(14) The entry fee, does NOT include any charges for the use of simulator in this completion.
  5. Places on the days are not refundable as a result of non-attendance, even due to unforeseen circumstances.
  6. In the event of bad weather, the event organizers (Tour Players' Experience Ltd) reserve the right to change the format of the day(s). Participants are recommended to bring rainwear in case of inclement conditions.
  7. All golfers and guests will be requested to conform to the host venues dress codes.
  8. If Tour Players' Experience Limited chooses to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, then all monies pre-paid by participants will be refunded.
  9. Tour Players' Experience Limited, the host venues and all event sponsors have no liability for any loss, damage or claims arising from participating in the event(s). All competitors take part at their own risk.
  10. All competitors must be over the age of 18 on the day of competition.
  11. Each competition will be officiated by the event director who will be the only arbitrator. Competition rules come under the jurisdiction of the R & A and the host venues local rules.
  12. Pro-AM teams will comprise three amateur and one professional golfer.
  13. The teams contesting the Grand Final will each comprise the same four players who competed and qualified from the Regional Finals, unless there are exceptional circumstances and permission for any change has been granted in advance by Tour Players' Experience Ltd.
  14. Pro-Am qualifying round and Grand Final will be played as "Modern Stableford" scoring system will be played, with the best two amateur and professional scores on each hole, to count. 3/4 handicap (maximum handicap 24 for men and 36 for ladies).
  15. Evidence of a handicap certificate is required to play at any of the venues listed. EGU Society Handicaps are allowed.
  16. In the event of a competition tie for first place. The wining team will be selected on the basis of a count back (back nine holes, back six holes, back three holes, back one hole, front nine holes, front six holes, front three, front one - as per the card of the course, not the order in which they might have been played). In the unlikely event that there is still a tie, the qualifying team, will be decided by a sudden death playoff.
  17. In matters concerning any off-course query or dispute, the decision of the organizing committee will be final. That committee will comprise of representatives from Tour Player's Experience Ltd, the host venues, plus, if appropriate, an independent referee.
  18. Tour Players Experience Ltd. reserve the right to change details described in the event literature.
  19. All details are correct at the time of going to print.
