The Tour Player's Experience is offering the chance to play golf with these legends of the game. A world-wide golf challenge to all those golfers who have ever wanted to play golf with a European Ryder Cup player. The Tour Player's Experience is open to both amateur and professional golfers.
Here's How
There are two ways to get on the Tour Players Experience Grand Final
Playing in the traditional pro-am format which will be run throughout the British Isles. Played at regional events around the UK. Top 2 groups of regional event go to semi-finals. 1st, 2nd & 3rd of semi-final go through to the TPE grand final.
World event being played in conjunction with Full Swing Golf simulators. Singles event over 36 holes. Players will have on-line world leader board. Top 9 amateurs and top 3 pros will go through to the TPE grand final.
UK Pro-Am's regional events
A 18 hole team event. Each team of four comprising of 3 amateurs and a professional will be entered to play in one of the area group stages to play alongside fellow golfers from around the country 1st and 2nd place, will go through to semi-final . The format for this tournament is all events played off the white tees and playing off full official handicap in a "modern stableford" format, best two scores to count plus professional best score. The overall winner will be the team that scores the highest amount of points and the count back system will be apply if one or more team has the same amount of points. Events are to be played in regions around the UK.
UK Pro-Am's semi-finals will follow same format
World event being played on Full Swing Golf simulators
Singles event over 36 holes event played over two golf courses, each player will play on the same simulated golf cause settings.
Courses to be played:
- 18 holes at Bay Hill, Florida, USA
- 18 holes at The Belfry, UK
Players will play off full official handicap in a "stroke play" format. Scoring will be on an individual basis and all scores will be shown in a on-line world leader board. Top 9 Amateurs and 3 Professional leading their category on last day of the qualifying date, will go through to the TPE grand final. Qualifying categories as below. The top SIX players with the lowest scores will go to the TPE Grand Final
TPE 2: 10 handicap or below:
The top THREE lowest scores will go through to the TPE Grand Final.
